Jane's depth of knowledge and calm, supportive presence helped us to turn things around for our young Kelpie - we were at our wit's end and about to give up, but Jane helped us to understand Charlie's behaviour and taught us how to help Charlie to get along safely with the other dogs in our household.
Charlie was starting fights with our older dog, and the stress of constantly trying to avoid and break up dog fights was really affecting our family. With Jane's help we learned how to teach Charlie that calmly ignoring the other dogs was his job.

After enquiring about Tilly, Jane not only gave us as much information as possible, but also arranged various interactions over the coming weeks to let us all get to know each other.
These interactions were incredibly valuable, especially to our seven-year-old son Memphis. After the loss of our previous girl more than a year ago, he had become increasingly nervous of strange dogs while obviously missing the companionship of his own. Jane spent time teaching Memphis some of Tilly’s favourite games.
We received a personalised ‘cheat sheet’ that included training tips, typical routine, diet, favourite toys/games etc. but best of all, we feel the door is always open to ask questions.
